Eleven years in enterprise ALM and toolchain engineering. For engineering teams of 1,000 to 2,000 people in semiconductor and automotive companies, I have owned Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Codebeamer environments, and migrated them through M&A events.
Positions: Qualcomm CDMA Technologies (2023 to 2026), Renesas Electronics (2021 to 2022), Dialog Semiconductor (2017 to 2021). Before that, project management, Technical Product Owner, and Scrum Master roles in Poland (2009 to 2017).
I work hands-on: scripts, migrations, and integrations, not only slide decks. I also co-founded WarsawJS, a community of 500+ developers with 20+ technical meetups.
