Enterprise-scale Jira migration

Moved 2,000+ users and 900+ projects onto a Jira Data Center setup, built on RHEL with Python automation and Jira plugins. The kind of migration where the plan matters more than the tooling, and you find out which integrations you forgot to map.

M&A toolchain integration

Integrated engineering systems through several M&A events: the Adesto and Creative Chips migrations, the Apple carve-out, and the Renesas takeover of Dialog. I also integrated the data of a company acquired by Qualcomm into Codebeamer. Data sync across application APIs in Python, plus Ansible and Bash automation and SSL management.

ASPICE compliance automation

Implemented Codebeamer and MagicDraw in an automotive engineering lifecycle, bridging project management methodology with DevOps automation in a regulated environment.

WarsawJS community leadership

Co-founded and grew WarsawJS into a community of 500+ developers, running 20+ technical meetups and managing sponsor relations along the way.

Project Manager. Led multimedia prototyping for one of Poland's landmark museum projects.
